Cookery Demonstration

Year 8 pupils have the opportunity of viewing a cookery demonstration organised by the dairy council for Northern Ireland. Pupils always enjoy the experience of a tasting session at the end of the cookery demonstration.

Year ten pupils are involved in a “Can’t cook won’t cook” event organised during the summer term. A team of experts from Newry Catering College present this event, which has proved to be most enjoyable.
